  • The passport must be valid for at least six (6) months and should contain at least two (2) blank (unused) pages facing each other.

One application form, filled in block capital letters and signed in either blue or black ink only. The application form is not to be printed double sided and in case the applicant is a minor (less than 18 years old), the form must be signed by both parents.

Provide two (2) passport-size photographs (5x5 cm), taken within the past six months. Photos must be clear, with a white background, neutral facial expression (no smile), and should capture the face and shoulders, ensuring the face occupies 70–80% of the photo.

For your Saudi Arabia work visa application to be accepted, you’ll need the following:

  • Original Passport (Validity not less than 6 months | At least 2 consecutive blank pages | The passport should not have any restrictions/conditions that prevents him/her from travelling)

  • All education certificates must be endorsed by the Saudi Cultural attaché. Alternatively, they can be attested by Mosadaqa (we provide this services). Education certificate must be verified through QVP (we provide this services). If your job position does not typically require a degree, they will need an exemption letter from their employer. This is subjective upon mission approval.

  • Copy of the employment contract signed by the applicant and employer, attested by Saudi MOFA and Riyadh Chamber of Commerce

Visa Application for Other Countries

Travelers from countries not listed above can still apply for a Saudi Arabia Tourist Visa by visiting a Saudi embassy or consulate abroad. Applicants must provide the following documents:

  • Completed visa application form

  • Passport valid for at least six (6) months

  • Health insurance issued by an approved Saudi provider

  • Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or private residence)

  • Payment of visa fees

  • Proof of employment

  • Round-trip flight ticket and travel itinerary

  • Proof of sufficient financial means (bank statement)

  • Complete personal information, including home address

  • Must be 18 years or older (minors must travel with a legal guardian)

  • Additional documents may be requested depending on the application
